Overview

We are seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support our Recycling facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. The successful candidate will work closely with our EHS team and Site Managers to advise on daily site activities, incidents, Safe Return to Work, and Occupational Disease prevention.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of an EHS culture within the organization.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement EHS initiatives, programs, procedures, and tools.
  • Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Analyze work-related accidents and propose preventive measures.
  • Audit and improve the effectiveness of EHS measures.
  • Participate in regulatory inspections and third-party audits.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of a college-level EHS diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of experience in an EHS position.
  • Strong knowledge of applicable Acts and Regulations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
