Job Description

This senior-level role involves overseeing the daily operations of our environmental services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and training staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and successfully.
  • Coordinating with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and tailoring our services to meet those requirements.
  • Managing equipment and supplies, including scheduling routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, preferably in the environmental services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
