As a key member of our team at AMJ Professional Tax and Accounting Services Corp, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and balance financial records, prepare financial statements, and develop financial plans for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, and plan, set up and administer accounting systems.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze clients' financial records, ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control, and prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies.
  • Supervision: Supervise staff and train them on accounting systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Language and Work Environment:

  • English is the primary language of communication.
  • Workplace is an accounting firm.

  • Accurate, reliable, and able to multitask.
