We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at J.K. Mistry Dentistry Professional Corporation.

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week with opportunities for advancement in a dynamic and fast-paced dental clinic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences with attention to detail.
  • Schedule appointments, arrange travel, and make reservations as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma, CEGEP certificate, or non-university diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
