Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pure Industrial. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our offices, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include managing reception areas, coordinating meetings, processing invoices, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visitor flow and ensure a welcoming experience for guests and visitors.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Process invoices, manage expenses, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain office supplies, restock kitchen facilities, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a corporate receptionist or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
