As a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist at Intelliswift Inc, you will play a vital role in providing professional support to one or more Managers. Your primary responsibilities will include performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, financial and resources administration.

SOW Management
  1. You will review SOWs in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors and take it up for approvals.
  2. You will ensure that SOWs align with client's policies by working with the sourcing team.
  3. You will upload the approved SOWs to CLM tool.
  4. You will create Purchase Orders for SOWs.
Invoice Processing & Management
  1. You will review vendor invoices in accordance with contract terms and approved SOWs.
  2. You will ensure invoice matches to actual resources hours booked in timesheets.
  3. You will ensure timely approval of invoices to avoid payment delays.
Onboarding/Offboarding
  1. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for resources.
Finance
  1. You will provide estimated monthly accruals to the Finance team.
  2. You will analyze financial data to identify gaps in capitalization.

The ideal candidate should have typically 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.
