Senior Administrative Operations Coordinator

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This is a full-time position responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring efficient communication flow among team members, and implementing effective administrative procedures.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, with expertise in staff management, budget planning, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team information flow to ensure seamless communication.
- Direct and control daily operations to maximize productivity.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Motivate staff to achieve their full potential.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
- Train staff on new administrative procedures and best practices.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to streamline operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to minimize delays.
- Answer telephone calls and messages promptly and professionally.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
- Set up and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed consistently.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management, budget planning, and training.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
