Job Description

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining our day-to-day operations, including:

  • Providing administrative support to our staff and management team;
  • Coordinating logistics and supplies;
  • Managing schedules and appointments;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients and stakeholders;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience working in a construction or related industry;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications;

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
