We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Waterloo, Canada.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless office operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized.
