About the RoleThis full-time position involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, administering policies and procedures, and reviewing new administrative procedures.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar field and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A secondary school graduation certificate is required, and a criminal record check may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
