As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Perform various tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and performing routine maintenance
  • Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
