Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Wilson's Transportation Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for our transportation team.
  • Manage Contracts: Manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Answer Telephone and Relay Messages: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Compile data and statistics to support our transportation operations.
  • Arrange Travel and Itineraries: Arrange travel and itineraries for our team members.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Electronic mail.
