As an Administrative Coordinator at BC LTD, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Your tasks will include carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, assisting in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. You will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will perform data entry.

This is a full-time position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be proficient in English.
