Business Development Executive

The Role
As a Business Development Executive - Aviation & Space at WTW, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the placement and service for our aviation clients.
- Assist with risk management analysis utilizing new business, renewal and claim reviews to ensure optimal results.
- Update and enhance policy contracts to meet evolving client needs.
- Coordinate all phases of new business, renewal and remarket processing, including preparation of applications, obtaining quotes and creating proposals to drive growth.
- Prepare and submit policy change requests to carriers in a timely manner.
- Monitor the status of change requests and review policy documents for accuracy to maintain compliance.
- Assist with resolving client, carrier and/or vendor accounting issues, including coverage questions, collections, discrepancies, fee arrangements, billing controversies and invoicing policy premiums.
- E nsure compliance with all WTW and regulatory procedures, such as the Willis Towers Watson Excellence Model (WEM).
- Produce and regularly update bespoke policy wordings and endorsements to meet client demands.
- Contribute to the growth of our practice, office and firm by identifying new business opportunities.
- Support all of the Company's values and main objectives that may change from time to time.
- Provide prompt and clear customer service in a high-volume, client-focused environment via email and telephone.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
