About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Executive to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Built strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify new opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Pursue and secure new business opportunities through lead generation, proposal development, and negotiation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or sales management.
  • Negotiation, communication, organization, and sales leadership skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, with a high level of autonomy.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and other CRM tools.

Aramark offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
