About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Black Bear Carpet Cleaning Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience with scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth office workflow
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and client interactions
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and files
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with QuickBooks and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of business terminology and concepts
  • Familiarity with recruitment and hiring processes
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
