We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Black Bear Carpet Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and scheduling and confirming appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and flexibility.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
