At Mountain Adventures Ltd., we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages. Additionally, they will greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, plan and organize daily operations, and possess computer and technology knowledge in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, be flexible, organized, and possess strong time management skills. This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
