Administrative Document Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Document Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and management of documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Process mail, including opening and preparing batches for scanning, sorting and preparing policy worked mail and new business, and verifying each image for clarity.
- Index documents to file, ensuring accurate and timely completion while monitoring progress against workload.
- Process claims cheques, printing files as required, and accessing E-Mitchell and CGI websites to download CAA data and index it to the required claim/policy.
- Distribute mail within the building, access Tritech FTP site, download data, write barcode, print, and insert policies, maintaining a list of policies printed but not mailed out.
