Job SummaryThe Front Desk Hospitality Representative will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with ease and efficiency. You will also process payments, balance cash, and complete various reports and forms.
Main Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
- Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, balance cash, and complete various reports and forms.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
This is a permanent position, working 30-44 hours per week. The work language is English, and the job term is continuous. Our team provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 CAD, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
