Dental Receptionist

Overview:
Join our dynamic dental office as a Dental Receptionist and become an integral part of our team. We are located in High River and are looking for a dedicated individual to provide exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the dental office.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain patient records accurately using Dentrix.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing tasks with attention to detail.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with dental office procedures.
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is a must.
- Working knowledge of Dentrix will be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
