**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the front reception area of the office, and kitchen areas
- Interacting in person and making sure their needs are met
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Taking and receipting payments, preparing daily deposit slip
- Manage office calendar, book appointments as requested
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Prepare all out going mail and mange incoming mail

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Working knowledge of MS Office including, Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to prioritize assignments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle stress of increase of client interactions during personal tax season

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
