Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of hotel management are running smoothly, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operation
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain efficiency
  • Perform duties of workers supervised, providing guidance and support when needed
  • Prepare and submit reports on hotel performance
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to staff
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Co-ordinate and review work assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain hotel operations

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
  • College diploma or equivalent in hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Knowledge of hotel software and systems

Salary Range
