Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders, driving business outcomes through HR initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance and support to business leaders on talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes, such as improving employee engagement, reducing turnover, and enhancing diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive HR strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
