Human Resource Partner Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resource Partner. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic HR guidance and support, helping them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with each client's business objectives and organizational culture.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, policy development, performance management, employee relations, leadership coaching, termination support, and more.
  • Network and attend industry events on behalf of the company to generate new business leads and foster relationships.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review HR strategies, provide updates, and discuss upcoming HR needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPHR designation strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR management and business partnering.
  • Proven experience in client management and either experience or an appetite for business development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends across multiple functional areas of human resources.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
