We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team, ensuring exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable moments for our guests.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $18.00+ per hour, with opportunities for tips and bonuses.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Bartender/Server, responsible for:

  • Mixing, garnishing, and serving a variety of drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences;
  • Maintaining knowledge of popular cocktails, seasonal specials, and the restaurant's drink menu;
  • Stocking and replenishing bar supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware;
  • Cleaning and maintaining bar equipment, utensils, and glassware;
  • Ensuring the bar area meets health and safety regulations;
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and providing recommendations;
  • Handling cash and credit transactions accurately;
  • Verifying the age of customers and adhering to responsible alcohol service policies;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a bartending or serving capacity;
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members;
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating a positive dining experience;
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail;
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy trays or supplies;
  • Familiarity with alcoholic beverages, food safety, and health regulations;
