**Responsibilities**:

- Team Leadership: Leading all track staff members and service department personnel.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate staff activities on the track and mechanic shop departments.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting in customer interactions and addressing concerns promptly. Contribute to the auditing of the customer experience to maintain high standards. Ensure the highest level of safety is provided.
- Financial Responsibilities: Manage budgetary requirements of departments as required.
- Operational Support: Ordering and purchasing operational supplies. Performing operational paperwork related to safety, accounting, and inventory.
- Facility Maintenance: Support the maintenance of the practical operational feasibility of the center.
- Safety Compliance: Collaborate with the management team to consistently follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Training and Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a race track and service department managerial role is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Holds at least 3-5 years of experience in comparable management roles and customer service.
- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Displays a genuine passion for fostering a safe and enjoyable work environment.
- Capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Communicates effectively with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office and operations management software.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (required)
- Race Track: 2 years (preferred)
- Go Karting: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
