Job Overview

The Electric Karting Server Host is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving drinks and food in our restaurant setting. This role involves managing bar operations, interacting with guests, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Paying $18.00+ Tips. Seasonal Position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Maintain knowledge of popular and seasonal cocktails, as well as the restaurant's drink menu.
  • Stock and replenish the bar with supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
  • Clean and maintain bar equipment, utensils, and glassware.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Verify the age of customers to comply with legal drinking age requirements.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service policies and procedures to prevent over-serving and intoxicated behavior.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
  • Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu, offering recommendations, and accommodating special requests.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Set up and clean dining tables, including resetting after guests leave.
  • Ensure that tables are properly arranged and stocked with necessary condiments and utensils.
  • Confirm orders with customers before sending them to the kitchen.
