Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Manitoulin Transport. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in securing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate sales and service activities
- College or university graduate with a minimum of two years of experience in B2B field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel overnight as required
