Regional Business Development Director

As a key member of our leadership team, the Regional Vice President will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our North Bay region. This includes strengthening client relationships, consolidating and developing new business opportunities, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our Toronto and North Bay branches.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local market trends and commercial lines, as well as excellent communication and business development skills. They will be able to positively influence and motivate their team, while operating as a team player. Additionally, they will be results-oriented, a self-starter, and have a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to drive business growth and development
- Strengthen client relationships and consolidate new business opportunities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Toronto and North Bay branches
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the team
- Brief Head Office on local market trends and make recommendations for required changes
- Strong understanding of local market trends and commercial lines
- Excellent communication and business development skills
- Ability to positively influence and motivate the team
- Results-oriented, self-starter, and proactive attitude
