As a key member of our leadership team, the Regional Vice President will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the North Bay region. This includes strengthening client relationships, consolidating and developing new business opportunities, and efficiently managing the Toronto and North Bay branches' day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local market trends and commercial lines, with the ability to brief Head Office on the latest market developments and make recommendations for required changes. They will also be responsible for talent management, attracting, developing, and retaining qualified employees, as well as providing coaching and guidance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans, budgets, and optimal practices
  • Monitor and evaluate results, making adjustments as necessary
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and commercial lines
