As a key member of our leadership team, the Regional Vice President will be responsible for driving business growth and development in our North Bay region. Reporting to the Vice President Operations, this role will focus on building strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and development in the North Bay region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
  • Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Stay up-to-date on local market trends and make recommendations for business development and growth
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
