Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Manitoulin Transport. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in securing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and service activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • College or university graduate with a minimum of two years of experience in B2B field sales
  • Results-oriented, strong communicator with excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Some overnight travel may be required
