Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative coordinator to join our team at Granard Management. As an administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers 35 hours of work per week. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, which requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information between lawyers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our lawyers.
  • Maintain a filing system that is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • PCLaw in the Cloud software proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer
  • An estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 based on location and industry standards.
