About the Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Creative Director – Veilance and the Product Design team. You will work closely with a network of high-performing Executive Assistants across the business to provide exceptional support to our senior leadership team. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling and calendar management, organizing international and domestic travel arrangements, and developing agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materials. You will also be responsible for drafting email correspondence, maintaining an organized inbox, and ensuring clear communication and alignment across multiple diverse functions globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the senior leadership team
