Job Title: Law Office Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Law Office Coordinator to join our team at Granard Management.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the flow of information and manage filing systems to ensure efficient access to documents.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as arrange travel and related itineraries.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread them to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a law office or administrative setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
