SUNNY INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING LTD. is seeking a Highly Skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and teams.

Job Summary

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for compiling data, establishing policies, preparing reports and documents, and conducting research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling Data: Prepare documents by gathering and organizing data from various sources.
  • Establishing Policies: Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Preparing Reports and Documents: Create reports and documents for executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Analyzing Incoming and Outgoing Communications: Review and analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions, and reports.
  • Preparing Summary Briefs and Reports: Prepare summary briefs and reports on key issues and recommendations.
  • Coordinating Meetings: Arrange meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Conducting Research: Conduct research on various topics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Liaising with Officials and Organizations: Communicate with officials and organizations on behalf of the company.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and events as needed.
Requirements
  • MS Office Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Database Management Skills: Ability to manage databases and perform data analysis.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative, Organization, and Time Management Skills: Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Reliability and Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining high levels of productivity and reliability.
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
