Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Colyvan Pacific Real Estate Management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
