Logistics Sales Consultant

We are an integrated logistics partner planning, controlling and implementing effective systems to constantly improve the flow of goods, documentation and information meeting our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Promote sales to existing clients
- Identify and solicit potential clients domestically and from foreign countries
- Provide presentations on the benefits and uses of company goods and/or services
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
- Prepare and oversee preparation of sales contracts
- Provide after sale service to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- SOURCE NEW SALES OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH INBOUND LEAD FOLLOW-UP AND OUTBOUND COLD CALLS AND EMAILS
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
- Attend trade shows to network and acquire leads and contacts
We require experience in sales or an occupation related to the product or service. Experience in the food and beverage industry is also required. Fluency in English and Italian is essential, and foreign country work or travel experience is an asset. A secondary school diploma is a minimum requirement, while a university degree or college program would be highly valued. Proficiency in data entry and MS Office, as well as knowledge of IES Descartes and Zoho, would be beneficial. Strong negotiation and sales skills are necessary to secure favorable rates and contracts.
