Job Title: Software Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Consultant to join our team at Relay Financial Technologies Inc.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, in an English-speaking work environment.
Responsibilities:Client Engagement:
  • Promote sales to existing clients by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and expand relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Deliver sales presentations to showcase products and services.
  • Use sales forecasting software to analyze market trends and predict sales performance.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce platforms.
Product Expertise:
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues.
  • Reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Presentation software to create engaging and informative presentations.
  • iOS devices for mobile productivity and communication.
  • Word processing software to create professional documents and reports.
  • Electronic mail for communication and collaboration.
  • Spreadsheet software to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Accounting software to manage financial transactions and records.
  • Database management systems to store and retrieve data efficiently.
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Tight deadlines and multiple priorities to manage effectively.
  • Regular sitting required throughout the day.
