Logistics and Sales Team Lead

Samosa & Sweet Factory is seeking a skilled Logistics and Sales Team Lead to join our team.
About the Role- We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our logistics and sales operations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and storage of goods.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Coordinate the ordering of merchandise and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Autorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise as necessary.
- Assign tasks to sales workers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve team goals.
- Hire and train new staff members or arrange for their training to ensure the team has the skills needed to succeed.
- This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.
- The successful candidate will have English language proficiency and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, reflecting the demands of this role and the qualifications required.
