About the Role:
  • The Office Support Specialist will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as planning and organizing daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and communicating with attendees.
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls and responding to electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data and statistics, as well as advise senior management on key issues.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage training and development strategies, and perform data entry tasks.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
