Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments and confirming them with clients and staff members.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Office Administration: You will perform various administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting up filing systems.
  • Data Entry: You will accurately enter data into our computerized system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
Requirements
  • Education: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: You should have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
