Caregiver Support Specialist

Job DescriptionThis is a permanent position that requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic. You will be working with various clients across different locations, providing personal support and care services as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Administering medications and bedside care
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Collecting specimens and assisting with medical procedures
- Preparing meals and snacks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
You will be working in various locations, including clients' homes, and may be required to travel between assignments. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support services, and we strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
CompensationWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary of $40,000, plus a bonus structure that rewards performance and dedication. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
