About the Role

The Executive Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our office, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and communication with staff members. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including data entry, report preparation, and communication with staff members;
  • Assist in the coordination of office services, including supplies, equipment, and facilities management;
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and databases to ensure efficient record-keeping;
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required;
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications;
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive health and dental plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
