About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Winston Hawthorne & Co.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly reliable, and possess strong organizational abilities.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, ensuring that work priorities are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Establish and maintain administrative procedures, policies, and protocols to ensure consistency and quality across all departments.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
  • Coordinate and oversee office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, colleagues, and clients.
  • Cultivate knowledge of MS Office software and other relevant tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
