Senior Administrative Coordinator

Rocket Transport Inc. is seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in an administrative role that will contribute to the company's success.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in administration and possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Seminar and Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Budget Management: Plan, control, and manage budget and expenditures, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency in operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, preparing minutes and reports as required.
- Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, managing contracts and onboarding new staff members.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Digital Database Management: Maintain and update digital databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, database software, project management software, and human resources software.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Flexible Hours: 30-35 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
