Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at MG Transport ltd.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team by managing emails, phone calls, and meetings
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Plan and control budget and expenditures by tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings
- Train staff on new policies and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and manage calendars for senior staff members
- Manage contracts and agreements, and negotiate terms and conditions
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Oversee the preparation of reports, and present findings to senior staff members
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operation
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a transportation or logistics company
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with staff, clients, and vendors
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
- Fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all work
- Reliability, dependability, and accountability, with ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
