Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front desk and guest services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Basic security clearance
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
