Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Comfort Inn. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Work Co-ordination and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Requisition: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, client focus, dependability, initiative, and team player.
